Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you engage with TSF Demand services, we may collect name, email address, company name, login credentials, billing details processed through Stripe, and communications submitted through our contact forms.
Client Business Data
TSF Demand connects to your existing POS or ERP system via API to ingest time series data for forecasting purposes. This data is used solely to generate forecasts and decision signals on your behalf. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than delivering your TSF Demand service.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we may collect log data including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies to maintain sessions and understand site usage.
Data Storage and Security
Client business data ingested through the TSF Demand API is stored exclusively in two SOC 2 Type II certified cloud environments: Modal (compute and data storage) and Neon (database infrastructure). No client data is stored locally on any TSF-managed device. Both platforms maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance, which requires independent third-party audits of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy controls.
All data in transit is encrypted via SSL/TLS. All stored data is protected under the security controls of the respective SOC 2 certified environments.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve TSF Demand services; process and deliver forecasts and decision signals; communicate with you about your account and service; respond to support requests; analyze usage to improve performance; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your business data to any third party for any purpose.
How We Share Your Information
We share information only with service providers who perform services on our behalf — including Stripe for payment processing, Modal for compute infrastructure, and Neon for database services — each contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality. We may disclose information as required by law. In the event of a business transfer, you will be notified.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
